Alfred Raphell Clubb was born on the 9th June 1833 and baptist on the 23rd April 1834 in Bermondsey Surrey and was the son of Thomas Clubb and Mary Ann Dowsett
Queen Victoria becomes Queen on the 20th June 1837 on the death of her uncle King William 4th.
On the 1841 census Alfred was living with his parents at Lagton Grove Bermondsey
On the 1861 Census Alfred is living as a brother in law with John simmons and family, Alfred is living with Ann ( as his wife )
and 2 daughters Elizabeth Emma and Ann Amelia and was working as a Cooper
Alfred Raphell Clubb married Ann Lewis 0n the 30th December 1861
The third child Robert Alfred was born in the March Quarter of 1862 in the Lambeth district
The fourth child Fanny Maria was born1st March 1864 at 5 Russell Gardens Kennington Lambeth
On the 1871 census Alfred and family was living at 5 Spring Gardens and Alfred was still working as a Cooper
Alfred Dies on the 17th March 1877 in Lambeth leaving Ann to look after the children.
